Order Limits: There is no maximum dollar ceiling for the OASIS+ Contract or for each individual task order. An unlimited number of task orders, at any dollar value, may be placed for the term of OASIS+, including the option, if exercised. Ordering Contracting Officers will follow applicable regulatory and agency requirements to establish maximum dollar ceilings at the task order level.

Program Description
One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus or OASIS+, is a suite of governmentwide, multiple-award contracts designed to support federal agencies’ procurement requirements for services-based solutions. The objective of OASIS+ is to provide Government agencies with total integrated solutions for a multitude of professional service based requirements on a global basis. OASIS+ is a collection of indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity or IDIQ contracts, of which the contract base period is five years with one option period of five years that may extend the cumulative contract ordering period to 10 years. Task orders can be awarded under OASIS+ any time prior to the expiration of the ordering period of the master contracts. OASIS+ is available for use by all Federal agencies and other entities.
Task Order Types: Fixed-Price, Cost-Reimbursement, Incentive, Time-and-Materials (T&M), and Labor-Hour (L-H). The Award Term Incentive may be used for Orders under the Basic Contract.
Period of Performance: Base Period - December 2024 - December 2029
Option Period: December 2029 – December 2034

Scope of Services
The scope of OASIS+ spans many areas of expertise and includes any and all components required to formulate a total solution to a professional services based requirement. The OASIS+ contracts cover services that are: primarily noncommercial, with the allowance for commercial services task orders; classified and unclassified requirements; and within the continental United States and outside the continental United States. The OASIS+ Domains are as follows:

Prompt Payment Terms: Net 30
User Fees: The contract access fee (CAF) is 0.15% applied to all costs. The total CAF collected per order will be capped at a set amount to be determined by the government.
