BRIS℠ services in North America are provided by a joint venture between KBR and Louisiana-based Berhard Capital Partners. The agreement establishes a new, equally owned and managed company. The BRIS℠ partnership also includes Wink Engineering, a company specializing in maintenance engineering design services to the refining, chemical/petrochemical, and bulk storage terminal industries. The BRIS℠ partnership is headquartered in Baton Rouge, LA with offices in Houston, TX and Arlington, VA.
